Samadhan Presently conducting" Capacity Building Workshops "to practically train capable and competent individuals and N.G.O.’s in the field of N.G.O. and Human Rights and their Capacity Building by improvising on their Professional skills and aptitude in these fields through a 7-day residential N.G.O. Management Training Program, being conducted twice a month.

Working on a Pilot Project – U-CAB (2008) – " Unemployed-youth Competence Ability Building ", targeting the youth from Backward Sectors of Himalayan Hilly Remote Villages, School / College drop-outs and unemployed youth. These youth are provided non-formal training in vocational trades and assisted in securing their career and future.

Managing and running a Legal Helpline for the victims of social crimes, i.e. Rape Victims, Child Abuse and Domestic Violence and Women. These women are provided free legal counselling and help for safeguarding their Human Rights.

Working on a project of Samadhan - UNHRS - To Sensitize and Educate, Targeted 16500 Villages of Uttaranchal, about Peace, Democracy, and Human Rights to lead towards Holistic Sustainability and Development of the people and the state.

Column-writer on Human Right issues in various Magazines.

Headed a Team of SAMADHAN - UNHRS - in drafting of the " Panchayat Raj Act " of the newly formed state of Uttarakhand. [2000 – 2001]
